Data, backup & recovery
DIRECT ANSWER
This is where everything about your information lives: backing it up so you don't lose it, recovering it when you already have, and protecting it from threats like ransomware. The idea is simple: the backup is the cure; recovery is the emergency. We help with both, honestly about what's possible.
- A well-made automatic backup avoids most emergencies.
- If you've already lost data, what you do in the first minutes changes everything.
- We don't promise the impossible; we do bring method and care where others improvise.
Data recovery
Drives, SSDs, memory cards, phones and servers that won't turn on, aren't detected or were wiped. Diagnosis first, an honest quote and confidential handling, with no impossible promises.

Automatic backup
Copies that run on their own, in more than one place, so losing a device doesn't mean losing your information. It's the best investment: cheap compared with a recovery.
Ransomware recovery
When an attack encrypts your files and demands a ransom, we help you isolate, assess and recover what's possible. We don't promise to decrypt the impossible, and we never advise paying blindly.
SSD recovery
Solid-state drives fail differently from mechanical ones, and the technology that makes them fast (TRIM) complicates recovering deleted data. We tell you honestly what's possible in your case.
Microsoldering and disk board
When the problem is the drive's controller board, sometimes it's repaired at component level to read the information again. It's delicate, precision work.
The backup is the cure
Almost all the drama of losing data is avoided before it happens. An automatic backup, in more than one place and running on its own, turns a disaster into a formality: if a device fails, you simply restore and carry on. Most people find us through an emergency, recover what they could, and only then understand the value of backing up; our goal is for you to reach that point without going through the scare. Setting up a good backup is one of the cheapest and most worthwhile things you can do for your information.
Recovery is the emergency
When there was no backup and the information is already gone, recovery begins. Here time and care are everything: stop using the device at once, don't improvise with random programs, and leave the case in hands that can tell a logical problem from a physical one. We're honest about the odds — they depend heavily on the type of damage — and we work to give your case the best possible chance, without selling you false hope.
Climate and electricity count
In Panama, a good share of data losses share a common origin: the voltage spikes that damage drives, the heat that speeds up wear and the humidity that corrodes. That's why, beyond backing up and recovering, we recommend protecting: a good power backup against surges prevents an important share of these cases before they happen.
Frequently asked questions
How often should I back up my information?
Ideally you shouldn't have to think about it: an automatic backup that runs on its own, daily or in real time depending on the case. For a business, the more critical the information, the more often. We leave it configured to work without depending on you remembering.
Is it better to back up to the cloud or to a local disk?
The safest is both: a local copy to restore quickly and a cloud copy to stay protected if something happens on site — a theft, a fire, a power surge. That idea is called the 3-2-1 rule, and it's the basis of a good backup.
Do you guarantee recovering my data?
No, and that honesty is part of the service. No one serious guarantees a recovery before seeing the case. We diagnose, give you a realistic probability and a quote, and you decide. In many arrangements, if we recover nothing usable, we don't charge for the recovery.
Should I pay if ransomware hijacks my files?
It's not a decision to take lightly, and from a technical standpoint we don't recommend it: paying guarantees nothing and feeds the business of the attack. Before even considering that, you isolate the device and assess what can be recovered by other routes, including backups if there were any.
