Remote support

How fast do you arrive?

In the city we usually help the same day or the next, depending on the schedule. In the interior we arrange the visit a little further ahead. For anything that doesn't need physically touching the device, remote support usually starts within minutes.

Do you do everything remotely?

Many things, yes: setup, virus cleanup, email, networks, backups, optimization and guidance. What needs hands — replacing a screen, opening a machine, installing cameras or cabling — needs presence, and that's where on-site support comes in.

Do you handle emergencies?

Yes. If something has stopped and can't wait — the server down, a ransomware attack, the company network out — we have emergency service. It costs differently than a normal appointment, and we tell you upfront.
